1). The WGA is on strike, and SAG is on track to have a strike of their own.
2). Studio heads have discussed creating scripts with A.I.
3). Studios like Disney and Warner Bros. have had multiple box office disappointments in one year.
4). Home video sales are down, and it's becoming more difficult for Hollywood to make a profit on streaming.
For better or worse, the entertainment industry is going change. These changes will bring economic opportunities for some and misfortune for others. Creatives who are not willing to learn and adapt could lose their livelihoods within a few years.
My goal for with this free mini - course is to help film creatives prepare for the 2020's and beyond. This era of filmmaking will be just as a dramatic as the silent film era -- to talkies. Here is what you will you will learn in this course:

Have another skill or trade outside of the film industry: With artificial intelligence and another economic downturn on the way, it's important to have others skills outside the industry to make a living in case jobs are cut or replaced. Having another job you are capable of doing will give you time to adapt and find a new way to make a living in Hollywood. I go over different jobs that are compatible to life as an artist. These jobs pay well and are very unlikely to get replaced with artificial intelligence.
2). How To Create Your Own Intellectual Property and Get Your First Fans: In this module, I will discuss the importance of creating your brand for Hollywood and how to get your first fans for your social media accounts or other content.
3). How To Use A.I for Your Workflow: In this module, you will learn how to create your own workflow and how to use A.I tools that are useful for you.
